CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER UPON DELIVERY (CASH ON DELIVERY)?

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer cash-on-delivery due to the legal restrictions on the sale of steroids in many countries. Steroids are illegal to sell without a prescription, and in some places, they are outright banned, making prepayment our only feasible option.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE FULL PREPAYMENT?

Prepayment is the most secure and efficient way to complete your purchase. By paying upfront, both you and we are protected, and it allows us to process your order quickly without complications. This ensures your package arrives without any legal or logistical hurdles.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED?

Your payment will typically be processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive confirmation of your transaction. Once verified, we’ll pack your order and have it ready for shipment within 24 hours.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

As soon as you place your order, we will send you an email with detailed payment instructions. Follow these steps carefully to ensure there are no delays in processing your order. If you don’t receive the email, reach out to us, and we’ll resend it promptly.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED?

Once your payment is successful, we’ll send you a confirmation with the following details:

• The total value of your order
• The payment method used
• The date and time of your purchase

Please save this confirmation, either by keeping a copy or taking a screenshot, until your order is delivered. This serves as your proof of purchase and helps in the event of any disputes.

BANK TRANSFERS

Bank transfers are a fast and straightforward way to complete your order, taking only 1-2 business days to clear. These payments require no authentication, making them an efficient choice.

For European customers, you can make payments via Uberweisung (Germany) or IBAN transfers to our EU bank account. SEPA transfers are free, and as a bonus, we offer a 10% discount for using this method.

However, please be aware that bank transfers may not be as simple or discreet as credit or debit cards for some customers.

When you choose bank transfer, you’ll receive a 5% discount, and we’ll cover any bank transfer fees. For example, if your total order is £500, you only need to pay £435:

£435 = £500 – £25 (5% discount) – £40 (bank transfer fee)

If your order exceeds £550, you qualify for a 10% discount on top of any other available offers, and we will still cover the transfer fees. Our customer service team is always ready to assist you with any queries regarding alternative payment options to ensure a smooth transaction.

HOW ARE CREDIT CARDS PROCESSED?

When you pay by credit card, we may require additional verification to complete your order. It’s essential to provide a valid phone number so we can contact you if needed.

If your payment doesn’t pass our anti-fraud checks or we can’t reach you, your payment will be declined, and we will offer you alternative payment methods like bank transfer, money transfer, or cryptocurrency.

WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS DIFFERS FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

No problem! As long as the name on the credit card matches the billing address, you’re good to go. In some cases, our payment gateway may request additional verification to confirm the cardholder’s details.

If your credit card is registered in a different country than your delivery address, you will need to select another payment method.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TO BE APPROVED?

Your credit card will only be charged after we verify your payment and pass it through our anti-fraud system. This process usually takes 1-2 business days, and once authorized, your order will be cleared for shipping.

I PAID FOR MY ORDER, BUT MY CARD HASN’T BEEN CHARGED YET. WHY?

The verification process can take between 2 hours and 2 business days. Your card will not be charged immediately, but rest assured, once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order without delay.
